03

Professional Advisory Disclaimer

The information published on this website is intended for general informational and educational purposes.

Our assessments, recommendations, reports, and consultations represent professional advisory opinions based on the information available at the time of engagement.

Security risks and operating environments can change, and no advisory service can guarantee the complete elimination of threats, losses, incidents, or vulnerabilities.

Clients remain responsible for evaluating recommendations, implementing appropriate safeguards, complying with applicable laws, and making final operational or commercial decisions.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Arnest Konnect does not provide legal representation, statutory certification, law-enforcement services, or guaranteed protection against security incidents.

04

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Arnest Konnect agree to provide accurate, complete, and relevant information required for the agreed services.

Clients must ensure that they have the necessary authority and lawful basis to disclose documents, operational information, personnel details, and other materials shared during an engagement.

Clients must not request or use our services for unlawful surveillance, unauthorised access, harassment, privacy violations, or other illegal activities.

Any delay or inaccuracy in client-provided information may affect the scope, delivery timeline, or reliability of advisory recommendations.

05

Consultation and Service Engagement

Submitting an enquiry through the website, email, telephone, WhatsApp, or another communication channel does not automatically establish a formal consulting relationship.

A professional engagement will be established only when the relevant scope and commercial terms have been accepted by the parties.

Arnest Konnect may require preliminary discussions, identity or authority verification, conflict-of-interest checks, and supporting information before accepting an engagement.

We may decline enquiries or proposed engagements where services cannot be provided lawfully, professionally, or within our available capacity.

06

Fees and Payment Terms

Fees for consulting, advisory, assessments, workshops, or other professional services will be communicated before the relevant paid engagement is confirmed.

Where online payment facilities are provided, clients must use the authorised payment methods displayed or communicated by Arnest Konnect.

Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax where relevant, may be charged in accordance with Indian law.

Payment schedules, advance payments, instalments, and outstanding balances will be governed by the applicable invoice, proposal, or service agreement.

Arnest Konnect does not request clients to disclose confidential payment credentials, banking passwords, or one-time passwords.

07

Intellectual Property Rights

All original website content, branding, graphics, text, designs, presentations, reports, frameworks, and other proprietary materials belonging to Arnest Konnect are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Visitors may access website content for lawful personal or internal informational purposes.

Reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation, modification, or unauthorised publication of proprietary materials is prohibited without prior written permission.

Ownership and permitted use of client-specific reports and deliverables will be governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

08

Confidentiality

Arnest Konnect recognises that executive security, corporate risk, and strategic advisory engagements may involve sensitive business information.

Both parties are expected to respect applicable confidentiality obligations and any separately executed nondisclosure agreement.

Confidential information must not be disclosed to unauthorised third parties except where disclosure is authorised, contractually permitted, or legally required.

The specific confidentiality safeguards, permitted disclosures, and retention obligations for professional engagements may be defined in the applicable service agreement.

09

Website Usage Restrictions

Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, hosting infrastructure, databases, accounts, or communication systems.

Users must not upload malicious code, interfere with website functionality, misrepresent their identity, impersonate representatives of Arnest Konnect, or use the website for fraudulent activities.

We reserve the right to restrict access or take appropriate legal action in response to misuse.

10

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms, including LinkedIn, WhatsApp, payment processors, or other external services.

Such platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Arnest Konnect is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or independent data-handling practices.

11

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arnest Konnect shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use or reliance on general website information.

Any contractual limitations relating to paid consulting engagements will be governed by the applicable written agreement and mandatory legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

12

Force Majeure

Arnest Konnect will not be responsible for delays caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, major infrastructure failures, government restrictions, civil disturbances, or significant disruptions to communication systems.

Where such events affect an engagement, the parties will discuss reasonable adjustments to the delivery schedule or other appropriate arrangements.

13

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a professional engagement in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

Termination may also occur where continued performance would violate applicable law, professional obligations, or agreed contractual requirements.

Outstanding fees, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, and other provisions intended to survive termination may continue to apply.

14

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

The parties should initially attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.

Any applicable court jurisdiction or formal dispute-resolution procedure should be determined in accordance with the executed engagement agreement and applicable Indian law.

15

Changes to Terms

Arnest Konnect may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in services, legal obligations, website functionality, or business operations.

Updated terms will be published on this website with a revised effective date.

Changes will not retrospectively override existing contractual rights unless lawfully agreed.
